As demand from holidaymakers looking to escape the long British winter drives yet another year of growth, the leading leisure airline and UK’s largest tour operator have put almost 350,000 seats on sale for next winter, making it Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ largest Winter Sun programme to date from East Midlands Airport.

A choice of 13 winter sun destinations have gone sale from East Midlands Airport in the Canary Islands (Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura), Spain (Alicante and Malaga), Majorca (Palma), Portugal (Faro and Madeira), Malta, Cyprus (Paphos), Turkey (Antalya) and Morocco (Agadir) and during peak periods, the airline and tour operator will operate over 50 weekly outbound flights.

With Winter Sun destinations such as Morocco continuing to enjoy enormous popularity, the companies have added additional capacity to the sunshine favourite for Winter 26/27. As a result, the companies will operate services to Agadir throughout the winter season from November 2026 to March 2027.
