Derby Telegraph broadcast live from Air Traffic Control Tower

Ever wondered what it's like to work in air traffic control? Thanks to the Derby Telegraph, you can watch a broadcast recorded live from East Midlands Airport's traffic control tower on Friday 29 September during our Macmillan coffee morning. Airport staff who gathered for cake and refreshments raised £1215.00 for the cancer charity.

Derby Telegraph's footage was broadcast live on Facebook and features interviews with the air traffic control team as they go about their tasks, cabin and boarding crew from Jet2 and airport staff enjoying the delicious homebaked cakes.
