Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has today announced its biggest ever winter flights and holidays programme from East Midlands Airport, with over 300,000 seats on sale to 16 winter sun, city and ski destinations for Winter 18/19.
The leading leisure airline and package holiday specialist is building on its recent growth plans at the airport by adding over 11,000 seats to its winter 18/19 programme, with more flights and extended season lengths to popular sun, city and ski destinations. In total over 300,000 seats are now on sale, representing a capacity increase of 4% on this winter to give holidaymakers more choice and flexibility than ever.
Key highlights on the company’s Winter 18/19 programme from East Midlands Airport include:
• Expansion of Winter programme to Canary Islands with more services to Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife - meaning over 125,000 seats going on sale to Canaries from East Midlands Airport next winter.
• Additional capacity to Alicante giving holidaymakers more winter sun on the Costa Blanca and in Benidorm
• Extended seasons to Antalya, Larnaca and Malta mean services operating into November and restarting in April, giving more choice for Easter
